IBS and allergies:  "I had suffered for years from symptoms including IBS, insomnia, anxiety and very low energy levels. After visiting Jackie, she put me on a diet which made me feel better within days. I have since discovered that the majority of my problems had been food and allergy related and with her help, my symptoms disappeared. Before, I had been going to the doctor almost fortnightly with the feeling that he rolled his eyes every time I walked in – even after blood tests, he was unable to provide any answers! She has also treated my allergies which have been a huge restriction in my life; previously, I could only stay in a house with cats for 5mins before I became severely allergic, now I can last 3hours! My nut allergy, which I carry an epipen for, has improved and I was able to have a brazil nut placed on my lips without a reaction, so now I don't need to scrutinise labels in supermarkets anymore!
